Selling it

Some may ask why are we selling our house?

In 2005, my dear mother passed away. It was a very sad time for us since we loved her very much. As time passes by, it is not that we want to forget her, we are not able to frequent Baguio to stay in the house. We just had people rent the house.

The house may have lots of memorabilia that will remind us of our dear mom, but I know, she will understand that we have to let go of the house for others to benefit having a good and well built house at a very low price. This is a better objective than keeping it forever.

We would prefer people to deal with us directly since we also want to make sure that they also will treasure this property we love most which my mom and dad put up.

The house where I grew

It is the house my parents built when I was just around 6 years old. It sits in Aurora Hill, Baguio City, Philippine. It is just at the back of the St. Louis Aurora Hill Church.

It is a 250 sq.m. lot with a two-storey house that has four rooms and a toilet and bath at the upper floor plus a laundry area at the lower floor.

The foundation is earthquake proof and has withstood even the great earthquake in 1996 in the Philippines.
